Bookkeeping Services


Joe provides Bookkeeping services for his clients using Quick Books as the software. Joe is a Quick Books Pro Advisor and has been working with Quick Books for over 15 years. His goal is to prepare accurate and timely reports and to go over the information with his clients to identify areas for improvement and/or concern. Review of your monthly financial data is critical to success.

Consultation


Joe is available for small projects and all types of business consultation. Whether you are considering doing your accounting work in house or using his services, Joe can guide you in making that decision and will assist you in setting up your own in house operation. Joe is available for review of your financial information and can offer suggestions that may improve your results.

Business Tax Preparation


Joe’s goal in preparing business returns is to assist your business in ensuring your tax return is completed accurately and timely. Joe works with his clients throughout the year to review their year to date results and plan accordingly for year-end contingencies, such as estimated tax payments and inventory adjustments. His client base includes S Corporations, C Corporations, Partnerships, Non-Profits, and Fiduciary Returns. Joe will also prepare estate and gift tax returns, where necessary.

Payroll Services


Joe Weaver CPA provides payroll services to clients using Quick Books. Joe takes care of quarterly reporting requirements and assists clients with all payroll related matters.

Agreed Upon Procedures


Although Joe does not perform audits, he will perform agreed upon procedures engagements. Currently, Joe does many agreed upon procedures for adult care homes as required by the state of North Carolina, for their Cost Report. He also works with Methodist Churches to fulfill their Audit Guide requirements that can be done by Agreed Upon Procedures. Agreed Upon Procedures are significantly less costly than audits and in many cases can satisfy governing requirements.
